One price for the whole event — not per day.
A rented AI photobooth in Germany is charged per event day, so a two-day conference costs twice and a three-day offsite costs three times. Snapories is one price for the whole event window, however many days that runs. Six sizes, from 25 attendees up to 200; a 100-attendee event is €99.

All prices are total prices incl. VAT. No further costs are added.

How you pay

Card, PayPal or a wallet, at booking. There is no pay-on-invoice option — but you get a proper invoice by email straight away, with the VAT shown and our VAT ID on it, which is what an expense claim or a PO reconciliation actually needs.

Reverse charge

A business in the EU outside Germany can give a VAT ID at checkout and we invoice under the reverse-charge procedure. The amount you pay is the same either way.

Photographs of your staff

Nobody is photographed automatically. A colleague opts in by scanning the code, accepts the guest terms before the camera opens, and can stop at any point. You can remove any photograph, or any person, from your dashboard — and the event has an end date.

For the form your legal team sends you

You name the region. Per event.

EU or US, chosen in the booking form for that one event. Not a company-wide setting, not a support ticket, and not something you find out afterwards.

  • The photographs, the gallery and the attendee records stay in the region you picked
  • A published list of who processes what, and a data-processing agreement
  • An end date: the event closes, and deletion on request
