Withdraw from your contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from your booking within fourteen days, without giving any reason. This takes about a minute and needs no account.
What happens when you use this
- You tell us who you are, which booking it is, and where to send your confirmation.
- You confirm, and your withdrawal is recorded with the exact date and time it reaches us.
- We refund your payment within fourteen days of being informed, using the same payment method you used.
