How it works
From a code on the table to a gallery full of your night.
Four steps. Three of them are your guests', and none of them involves an app store, an account or a password.
Step 01 · you
Create the event, share the code.
Pick a date and a guest count, pay once, and your code is live. From there it is entirely up to you how your guests find it. Five minutes and you are ready to go.
- Table cards — the code right there beside every guest
- A flyer on the door — in PDF or PNG, whenever you want one
- A join link — by email or messaging, with nothing to hand out at all
- Set when the code starts working and when it stops
- Choose EU or US storage for this event, at the moment you book
Step 02 · your guests
It feels like a disposable camera.
Guests point their phone camera at the code and the disposable camera opens. No app-store page, no installation — it starts immediately.
- 16 shots by default — or 12 or 24, if you would rather
- Front and back camera, 1× and 2× zoom, a real shutter
- Nothing to install. It is a web page that happens to be a camera
Step 03 · your guests
The AI photobooth shots are a great memory.
Guests pick a photo they already took, and get to be someone else for a moment. The results are an extra giveaway and a fun way to remember the night.
- A shared pool of AI photos — five per guest by default, and you choose the size
- It reads the shot and offers ideas, or guests can type their own
- It keeps the face, the hair and the skin of everyone in frame
Step 04 · everyone
Everything lands in one live gallery.
Newest first, everyone's shots together, while the party is still on. Photobooth results appear in the same feed with an AI · BOOTH badge, so nobody has to guess which is which.

- Download everything afterwards, in one file
- Send your guests a private download link that lasts up to 7 days
Inside the photobooth
Your guests ask for what they want.
The booth reads the photo they chose and offers a few ideas — a costume, an era, a scene — and a box to type something else. Whatever they pick, it dresses the people who are already in the photograph. The room they were standing in stays their room.
- Works with one person or a whole table in one frame
- If the shot is too close to build a costume on, it asks for another one before spending anything
- The result is theirs to keep and share from their own phone
Where the photos live
You choose the region. Per event.
Not a company-wide setting and not a support ticket — a choice you make in the booking form, for that one event.
EU or US
Pick one when you create the event. The photographs, the gallery and the guest records for that event stay in the region you picked.
Your event, your call
You can hide any photograph, or block a guest, from your dashboard while the event is running. Nothing waits for us to approve it.
There is an end date
An event runs for a set window. Afterwards the photographs stay available to you for at least 30 days, and your guests keep theirs through the download link you send them. Ask us to delete everything sooner and we will.
